Berlin is poised for growth. We have invested in our North Business Park expansion and provided an additional 90 plus acres for new businesses including fully improved streets with water & sewer. Berlin is experiencing growth in the retail sector as well, with a large retail expansion planned on the West side, a recent hospital expansion and new eye care center on the North side , a recent health clinic, real estate, and insurance office on the East side. A host of other well established retail also exists, from a large local furniture store, grocery store, farm implement, and feed store on the South side, hardware and grocery on the West side, to an auto dealership and implement store on the North side. The City's downtown is host to multiple banks, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, clothing, shoes, auto dealership, and assorted gift shops and more in the center of the City. Berlin also has many services such as welding, small engine repair, dry-cleaning, home improvement, and auto parts just to name a few. We have become a well-balanced community.

One of Berlin's greatest resources is the Fox River, which borders many of the City's parks including the Aquatic Center, Camp Ground, and Shelter Houses. Berlin offers a well-rounded venue of historic homes and pristine parks, and is located in central Wisconsin, just 20 miles west of Oshkosh. Small town feel and friendliness is abundant, yet the community is progressive and growing.

A variety of events are held in Berlin, including a car show at Riverside Park, fishing competition, and days just celebrating being on the Fox River.

Whether you're in the area to fish for walleye, or eat in one of our many restaurants, just here to spend some time in local shops, I'm sure you will find yourself at home in our City on the Fox. Please visit the rest of our web site for additional information on events and dates.
